Responsibilities:
- Manage front and back of the house day to day catering procedures and operations.
- Provide a hands-on approach to preparing and delivering all catering orders.
- High attention to detail when executing a catering; small wares, chafing dishes, beverages, condiments, etc.
- Coordinate with Executive Chef to cover daily and weekly catering needs, preparing grocery lists
- Mentoring and guiding staff with planning and executing events.
- Organize, deep clean, and take inventory for equipment and supplies; keep all catering items in top performing condition
- Exhibit excellent customer service to all guests and clients through daily email and phone communication
- May be assigned other duties and responsibilities as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, culinary, or hospitality management preferred.
- Five years' experience in a similar catering management position that may include hotel, conference centers, or a private club.
- Possess top organizational skills, detail oriented, and customer focused.
- Oral and written skills enabling effective communication on daily calls and emails with the client.
- Prior experience with CATERTRAX or similar catering systems a plus.
- Must be able to lift to 50lbs, stand, walk, bend for daily work schedule.
