Pay: - Starting at $16/hr | Must be 21 years of age or older to serve alcohol
Summary: We’re looking for friendly, energetic individuals to join our team as Concession Attendants. In this role, you’ll be the face of our food and beverage service—delivering great guest experiences with a smile and ensuring smooth, efficient operations within concessions.
Responsibilities:
- Greet patrons warmly and take food and beverage orders accurately
- Prepare and serve snacks, meals, and beverages in a fast-paced environment
- Operate point-of-sale systems and handle cash and card transactions
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the concession stand
- Restock supplies and monitor inventory levels during events
- Always follow food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure excellent customer service
- Assist with setup and breakdown before and after events
- Assist with all other needed duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Previous food service or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed for events
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
