Refreshment Service Supervisor

Summary: The Refreshment Service Supervisor at American Food & Vending will support the Service Manager in overseeing the maintenance and repair of vending and refreshment equipment to ensure proper functionality and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations and ensure all maintenance tasks are completed efficiently.
• Conduct regular training sessions for staff to keep them updated on best practices and new technologies.
• Identify issues in machinery and perform repairs to restore functionality.
• Collaborate with technical experts to solve complex problems and minimize downtime.
• Monitor stock levels to ensure adequate supply of parts and tools.
• Perform regular inspections to maintain high-quality standards and prevent defects.
• Respond promptly to customer questions and concerns regarding equipment.
• Maintain accurate records of service history, repairs, and customer interactions. 

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, with supervisory experience being a plus 
• Technical expertise in mechanical and electrical repair
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication and organizational abilities
• Commitment to customer service and safety awareness
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred
