Summary:
The Graphic Designer is vital to American Dining Creations' growth, delivering high-quality, visually compelling materials that support new sales and client retention. This role transforms complex ideas into clear, strategic visuals from initial concept to final production, helping to differentiate our brand in competitive bid environments and client communications.
Responsibilities:
- Design high-impact sales and retention materials, including proposals, presentations, brochures, packaging, logos, and digital assets.
- Develop interactive and visually engaging content such as PowerPoint presentations, PDFs, and microsites to support business development efforts.
- Maintain organized libraries of design assets, templates, and tools for team use.
- Collaborate with Sales and Retention teams to ensure visual design aligns with intended outcomes.
- Translate complex data and messaging into engaging visual narratives.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines, maintaining high quality, and ensuring design consistency.
- Lead creative ideation process for all design projects.
- Prepare content for both digital and print production, ensuring accuracy and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Support RFP and proposal development by enhancing layout, flow, and overall visual impact.
- Assist Proposal Directors with implementing edits made by the sales team in draft PDF documents.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of professional graphic design experience in a fast-paced, sales-focused environment.
- Experience designing proposals, presentation decks, RFI/RFP responses, sales collateral, company brochures.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat) and Loopio.
- Proficient in PowerPoint or other effective presentation software, with a focus on presentation storytelling.
- Flair for typography, color, layout, and composition.
- Comfortable with project management tools and workflows.
- Working knowledge of AI-assisted design tools.
- Strong communication, organization, and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with sales and operations team members.
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field, or equivalent experience.
